Products:
50 grams of dried chillies
50 grams of dried red tomatoes
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of dry basil
salt to taste
Preparation:
Clean the chillies from the seeds. Put the chillies and tomatoes in a bowl and pour them with water. Leave them overnight in water to swell. Then strain, add olive oil, basil and salt to taste and blend. Transfer the mixture into a jar with a tight-fitting cap. Store in a refrigerator.
